Job Description:
STONE Resource Group is partnering with a leader in the E-Commerce space looking to bring on an IT Field Service Analyst to the team. This role will provide Tier 2-3 support of various hardware and software components at multiple facilities throughout the New Orleans area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and tablets
- Assist with Network/Wi-Fi troubleshooting and maintenance
- Provide technical support to various software applications
- Work with non-technical site leaders to diagnose problems and explain resolutions
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of tier 2 and tier 3 support with various hardware and software components
- Experience troubleshooting networks and Wi-Fi
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organization and efficiency
- Ability to work independently
